1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the developer of Snag: Rewards & Coupon Tracker ("we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the mobile application (the "App"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the App and must uninstall it immediately.

2. License Grant & Scope

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible mobile devices that you own or control.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App (except where permitted by applicable law).
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the App.
• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features of the App.

4. Nature of the Service & Merchant Disclaimers

Snag is an independent personal organization and reminder utility. It is critical that you understand the following:

• No Merchant Affiliation: Snag is an independent software application and is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by any third-party brands, stores, retailers, or coupon issuers. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos referenced in the App or screenshots belong to their respective owners.
• No Guarantee of Coupon Validity: Snag does not issue, create, verify, guarantee, or redeem any coupons, promo codes, or gift cards. The validity, terms, restrictions, expiration dates, and merchant acceptance of any voucher are solely determined by the merchant issuing the coupon.
• User Verification Required: While Snag provides automated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to assist in reading coupon details from screenshots, OCR technology may occasionally misinterpret digits or letters. You are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of coupon codes, discounts, and expiry dates before saving or attempting redemption.

5. Informational & Non-Financial Disclaimer

The App displays financial figures, potential savings calculators, and expiry countdown metrics for personal informational and organizational convenience only. The App does not provide financial, banking, or legal advice, and the developer shall not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from reliance on the App's calculations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its design, icons, user interface layout, code, graphics, documentation, and trademark rights, is the proprietary property of the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted only the limited license expressly described in Section 2.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF DEFECTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, SAVINGS, DATA, REWARDS, OR UNCLAIMED DISCOUNTS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

9. Apple App Store & Google Play Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are concluded solely between you and the developer, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, or warranty claims.
• Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you upon your acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts situated in Tamil Nadu, India.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this URL. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.
